All performers should be ready to perform and sound check at 11AM on the Wednesday that they are scheduled to play.

Please download the program template below, and the font, and edit it to include your information. If you would like your own creative touch to the program, feel free to create your own, but be sure it has all the information on it that is included on the template, such as (but not limited to) your artistic biography, the time and date, the location, names/dates of composers and the names of each movement you are playing.

NEW: You MUST add one of the Massachusetts Cultural Council logos to any program/flyer you make, and they are available here.

Please be aware that part of the audience should come from you! The more people you bring along, the better your performance experience. Consider making a flyer for yourself, either using the example below, complete with our logo, or something completely unique and creative.
